Ponad 3 mln zł otrzymała Gdynia na rozwój usług społecznych
Umowę w sprawie dofinansowania z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego podpisali przedstawiciele samorządów: miejskiego i województwa pomorskiego.
W projekcie ma uczestniczyć 331 mieszkańców Gdyni. Będą to: dzieci i młodzież z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych, rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, młodzież i młodzi dorośli usamodzielniający się po opuszczeniu placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych i rodzin zastępczych. Głównym założeniem jest zintegrowanie i dopasowanie usług do konkretnych przypadków i potrzeb. M.in. powstać ma Klub Rodzica, Centrum Usług Społecznych, organizowane będą grupy samopomocy, zmodyfikowana zostanie oferta placówek wsparcia dziennego.
W dofinansowanym programie Gdynię reprezentują Laboratorium Innowacji Społecznych i Zespół Placówek Specjalistycznych. Do współpracy przystąpiło dziewięć gdyńskich organizacji pozarządowych, specjalizujących się w pracy z dziećmi, młodzieżą i rodzinami.
