Ponad 20% dzieci ma problemy z nadwagą
Co czwarty mężczyzna i co piąta kobieta w Polsce ma problemy z nadwagą. U dzieci to już ponad 20%. Dzisiaj przypada Światowy Dzień Walki z otyłością. To najpoważniejsza choroba cywilizacyjna XXI wieku. Jak mówią specjaliści – jest przyczyną chorób serca , nadciśnienia, udarów mózgu i cukrzycy. Co roku z powodu schorzeń powiązanych z otyłością i nadwagą na świecie umiera ponad 2,5 miliona ludzi. Przyczyną jest głównie brak ruchu i złe – nieregularne odżywianie. Problem coraz częściej dotyczy dzieci – według najnowszych badan w Polsce problemy z otyłością ma 28% chłopców i 22% dziewcząt. O drugie śniadanie zapytaliśmy uczniów w gimnazjum w Kartuzach. Dodajmy, że Ministerstwo Sportu chce wprowadzić w całej Polsce program „Stop zwolnieniom z wf-u”.
