Pomorskie Święto Produktu Tradycyjnego w Gdańsku
Pomorskie Święto Produktu Tradycyjnego odbędzie się w tę niedzielę w Gdańsku. To 10 już edycja imprezy organizowanej przez Urząd Marszałkowski.
Stoiska lokalnych wytwórców, stowarzyszeń, spółdzielni i kół gospodyń wiejskich staną w Gdańsku – Oliwie, na terenach przylegających do oliwskiej katedry. Swoje wyroby przywiozą także rolnicy z Kaszub, Kociewia, Żuław i Powiśla. Będzie można poznać smaki związane z regionem, żywność wytwarzaną wyłącznie w województwie pomorskim, według wieloletnich, tradycyjnych metod i receptur. Będzie można spróbować sznëki z glancã – czyli drożdżówki z lukrem, żurawiny ucieranej na surowo, miodu z pomorskich barci. Na liście produktów tradycyjnych, prowadzonej przez Ministra Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi, wytwórcy z Pomorskiego zarejestrowali 174 wyroby spożywcze. Daje to naszemu regionowi drugie miejsce w Polsce, na równi z Małopolską.
10 Pomorskie Święto Produktu Tradycyjnego odbędzie się 12 czerwca, w uliczce Biskupa Edmunda Nowickiego prowadzącej z parku do oliwskiej katedry. Poprzedzi je msza święta o godzinie 10:00.
