Pomorskie Centrum Arbitrażu i Mediacji rozpoczyna działalność
Utworzyli je przedsiębiorcy, by szybciej i taniej rozwiązywać spory, w większej kulturze dialogu między stronami.
– Tymczasem gospodarka się rozwija, przybywa biznesmenów i rośnie liczba spraw, a wydolność sądów jest ograniczona – mówi prezes zarządu Regionalnej Izby Gospodarczej Pomorza Sławomir Halbryt.
Mediacja jest sposobem na ugodowe rozwiązanie konfliktu na drodze dobrowolnych negocjacji. Ich przebieg wspiera osoba trzecia, neutralna wobec stron i ich sporu. Bardzo rzadko z niej korzystamy – według statystyk w Polsce tak rozwiązywany jest niecały 1 proc. konfliktów. Polubowne rozstrzyganie sporów ma umożliwiać Pomorskie Centrum Arbitrażu i Mediacji z siedzibą w Regionalnej Izbie Gospodarczej Pomorza – która jest jednym z sygnatariuszy porozumienia o wspieraniu Centrum. Na arbitraż trzeba będzie jeszcze poczekać, ale o mediację można już składać wnioski.
