Pomorską Koleją Metropolitalną z Kartuz do Gdańska – nowe połączenie ruszy 1 października.
– Pasażerowie, którzy kupią bilet z Kartuz do Gdańska Głównego mogą końcowy odcinek pokonać naszą kolejką – tłumaczy rzecznik SKM w Trójmieście, Marcin Głuszek.
PKM kursuje od pierwszego września z Gdańska do Rębiechowa, rano i wieczorem także z Gdyni na lotnisko. Wydłużenie tej trasy do Kartuz to pierwsza z zapowiadanych zmian. Od początku przyszłego miesiąca dziennie na trasie kursować będzie 17 par pociągów – informuje rzecznik SKM w Trójmieście, która opublikowała już nowy rozkład jazdy. Podróż potrwa około godziny. Siedem składów dojedzie do Dworca Głównego w Gdańsku, reszta będzie kończyć bieg we Wrzeszczu. Jest to spowodowane ograniczoną przepustowością linii między tymi przystankami. Przed uruchomieniem nowego połączenia w Kartuzach ma powstać kasa biletowa. Rozkład obowiązywać będzie od 1 do 17 października, później mogą pojawić się zmiany. Na Kościerzynę pociągi PKM pojadą prawdopodobnie od 13 grudnia.
