Pomnik „Inki” zostanie w sobotę odsłonięty w Kartuzach
Pomnik Danuty Siedzikówny ps. „Inka” zostanie w najbliższą sobotę odsłonięty w Kartuzach. Władze zapraszają na uroczystość patriotyczną a także edukacyjną.
– W jej intencji w sobotę w Kartuzach zostanie odprawiona msza święta, po której nastąpi odsłonięcie i poświęcenie obelisku upamiętniającego bohaterkę – mówi burmistrz Kartuz Grzegorz Gołuński.
Inka działała w 1 szwadronie 5. Wileńskiej Brygady AK, który walczył na Pomorzu. Została zabita w sierpniu 1946 roku przez funkcjonariuszy UB. Stała się symbolem walki i niezłomnej postawy. Po oficjalnych uroczystościach, na terenie Muzeum Kaszubskiego nastąpi inscenizacja historyczna odbicia więźniów z Powiatowego Urzędu Bezpieczeństwa Publicznego w wykonaniu Trójmiejskiej Grupy Rekonstrukcji Historycznych.
