Policjant z Gdańska handlował narkotykami
Policjant z Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Gdańsku, który handlował narkotykami zostanie wydalony ze służby. Na razie zawieszono go w pełnieniu obowiązków.
– Po zakończeniu postępowania i przedstawieniu zarzutów, policjant zostanie wydalony ze służby – mówi rzecznik prasowy KWP Gdańsk Michał Sienkiewicz.
Sprawa miała swój początek w ubiegłym tygodniu, kiedy to policjanci zatrzymali dwóch 20-latków z Kartuz. Znaleziono u nich 600 g marihuany. Dalsze czynności wykazały, że dostarczył je im 22-letni policjant z Komendy Wojewódzkiej w Gdańsku, mieszkający na co dzień w Łapalicach koło Kartuz. Funkcjonariusz usłyszał już zarzut obrotu środkami odurzającymi. Zastosowano wobec niego poręczenie majątkowe w kwocie 30 tysięcy złotych, policyjny dozór i zakaz opuszczania kraju. Handlarzowi może grozić nawet 10 lat pozbawienia wolności.
