Więcej patroli na pomorskich drogach
Będą sprawdzać trzeźwość kierowców i kontrolować prędkość pojazdów – policja rozpoczyna akcję znicz. Zwiększonej liczby patroli należy się też spodziewać w okolicach cmentarzy. Tylko w poprzednim roku w Pomorskiem podczas akcji znicz policja odnotowała 21 wypadków drogowych, 27 osób zostało rannych, a jedna osoba straciła życie. Zatrzymano łącznie 78 nietrzeźwych kierowców. Wzmożone kontrole potrwają do niedzieli i będziemy zwracać szczególną uwagę na trzeźwość kierowców i mierzyć prędkość pojazdów – zapowiada rzecznik policji z Wejherowa Anetta Potrykus. Sprawdzany będzie też stan techniczny samochodów i czy dzieci są przewożone w odpowiednich fotelikach. Policja będzie też kierować ruchem w okolicach nekropolii. W powiecie kartuskim kierowcy powinni spodziewać się zmian w Sierakowicach i Kartuzach. By dojechać na cmentarz w Sierakowicach należy kierować się z Piwnej w Łosińskiego, w Kartuzach jak co roku wjazd od ulicy Wzgórze Wolności w Mickiewicza a następnie Prusa. Wyjazd ulicą Chmieleńską – informuje rzecznik kartuskiej policji Jarosława Krefta. Policjanci apelują też, by w pozostawionych pojazdach nie zostawiać cennych rzeczy, pilnować też portfeli i torebek podczas wizyt na cmentarzach. Akcja znicz potrwa do 3 listopada.
