Podsumowano projekt „Wrażliwi i kompetentni przeciw przemocy”
W Rumi podsumowano roczny projekt „Wrażliwi i kompetentni przeciw przemocy”. Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej realizował go dzięki dofinansowaniu z tak zwanych funduszy norweskich.
Dzięki dotacji od kwietnia ubiegłego roku w szkołach w Rumi prowadzone były warsztaty – dzieci rozmawiały o problemie przemocy domowej i brały udział w konkursie plastycznym. Zajęcia edukacyjne dla najmłodszych dopełniały ofertę skierowaną do osób dorosłych – otwarto punkt z bezpłatnymi konsultacjami psychologicznymi i prawnymi, osoby dotknięte lub zagrożone przemocą brały udział w grupach wsparcia. Na konferencji podsumowującej projekt była okazja pochwalić się wynikami tej pracy.
W Rumi na razie nie jest planowany podobny, duży projekt realizowany dzięki dotacji. W Miejskim Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej pełni jednak bezpłatne dyżury prawnik, a od kwietnia na podobnych zasadach będzie dostępny psycholog.
