Podsumowali Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej
W pierogach i ruchankach zasmakowali klienci kościerskich restauracji i jadłodajni – wynika z podsumowania Tygodnia Kuchni Kaszubskiej.
– Goście otrzymywali w nich ankiety, w których mogli zaznaczyć jakich dań spróbowali i opisać swoje wrażenia – wymieniała Ewa Chmielecka z Urzędu Miasta w Kościerzynie.
Była to już druga akcja, która ma podczas wakacji promować naszą kuchnię i wzbogacić przy tym turystyczną ofertę Kościerzyny. Tym razem kaszubskie specjały serwowano w dziewięciu miejscach. Spośród wypełniających ankiety rozlosowano bony do zrealizowania w poszczególnych lokalach lub zestawy regionalnych produktów. Nagrodzono także restaurację, która przyjęła najwięcej gości. Okazał się nią Grill Bar Gyros, który w Tygodniu Kuchni Kaszubskiej serwował śledzie w occie, kaczkę i zupę szczawiową. – Był to eksperyment, bo na co dzień raczej nie serwujemy dań tego rodzaju – mówi Justyna Rutkowska. Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej w Kościerzynie odbył się po raz drugi. Tegoroczna edycja przyciągnęła do kościerskich restauracji ponad pół tysiąca osób.
