Po fotopułapki sięgają w Nadleśnictwie Wejherowo – w walce z nielegalnymi wysypiskami odpadów poremontowych i budowlanych.

Prawdziwą plagą jednak są tam wciąż sterty gruzu czy inne śmieci poremontowe, które zamiast na wysypisko trafiają do lasu. Sprawcę często trudno ustalić – dlatego leśnicy sięgają po fotopułapki. Zostaną one ustawione tam, gdzie nielegalne wysypiska powstają najczęściej. Krokiem w dobrym kierunku w walce ze śmieciami okazało się umożliwienie działalności foodtrucków w pasie nadmorskim – są już pierwsze sygnały, że leśne parkingi są dzięki temu mniej zaśmiecone.
