Pielgrzymi wyjeżdżają do Krakowa
Światowe Dni Młodzieży są odpowiedzią na panujące w Europie poczucie zagrożenia i lęku – uważa francuski biskup ks. Francois Fonlupt z diecezji Rodez, który z grupą wiernych przebywa w Kościerzynie.
– Chcemy otworzyć się na braterstwo i nie bać się drugiego człowieka – mówił w Kościerzynie ks. bp Francois Fonlupt z Francji.
Po 5 dniach spędzonych na Kaszubach goście wyjeżdżają do Krakowa. W Światowych Dnia Młodzieży w Polsce według Komitetu Organizacyjnego swój udział potwierdziło prawie 360 tysięcy uczestników ze 187 krajów. W oficjalnym komunikacie kardynał Stanisław Dziwisz wyraził nadzieję, że młodzież wniesie w spotkanie radość i pokój zamiast obecnego zagrożenia i lęku w Europie. Jutro oficjalnie rozpoczną się Światowe Dni Młodzieży w Krakowie. Papież pierwszy raz spotka się z uczestnikami w środę wieczorem. Spotkanie młodych w Krakowie odbywa się pod hasłem „Błogosławieni miłosierni albowiem oni miłosierdzia dostąpią”.
