Sąd w Gdańsku uniewinnił oskarżonego o zabójstwo żony
33-letnia Joanna D. z Bolszewa zginęła od około 40 ciosów nożem jesienią 2012 r. O zabójstwo prokurator oskarżył jej męża Stanisława D. i zażądał dla niego 25 lat więzienia. Wczoraj sąd w Gdańsku uznał, że to nie on zabił.
Po trzech latach spędzonych w areszcie 50-letni Stanisława D. mieszkaniec Bolszewa może wrócić do domu. Oskarżyciel zapowiada jednak apelację. Sędzia Sebastian Brzozowski uzasadniając uniewinniający wyrok w sprawie zabójstwa, tłumaczył go niewystarczającym materiałem dowodowym i wątpliwościami dotyczącymi motywu. Zdaniem prokuratury 50-latek zabił z zazdrości, ale o romansie żony dowiedział się 2 miesiące wcześniej. W procesie tym Stanisław D. skazany został na 1 rok i 4 miesiące więzienia za posiadanie pistoletu gazowego bez zezwolenia. Sąd uznał jednak, że karę D. już odbył bowiem – w związku z zarzutem zabójstwa żony – spędził w areszcie ostatnie 3 lata.
