Po 28 latach w Rumi wybudują mieszkania komunalne
Dzisiaj na plac budowy wchodzi firma Wolfram, z którą miasto podpisało umowę na realizację zadania.
– Po minimalnej zmianie parametrów udało się zaoszczędzić 800 tysięcy złotych – mówi burmistrz Rumi, Michał Pasieczny.
W bloku o powierzchni około 1400 m2 docelowo będą 32 mieszkania oraz winda. Miasto pierwszy przetarg unieważniło, bo koszt realizacji zadania był zbyt wysoki. Cała wartość inwestycji wynosi 5,5 mln złotych. Rumia na zadanie otrzymała niecałe 2 mln złotych dofinansowanie z Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Pozostało kwotę zdobyła sprzedając mieszkania komunalne z bonifikatą ich dotychczasowym lokatorom. Nowe mieszkania komunalne w mieście zostaną oddane do użytku wiosną 2020 roku.
