Planują zakup kolejnych kamer monitoringu miejskiego
W Kościerzynie ma być jeszcze bezpieczniej. Władze miasta planują zakup kolejnych kamer monitoringu miejskiego i przeniesienie centrum zarządzania nim do budynku po byłych PKS-ach.
– Pierwsze z nich zainstalujemy już w tym roku – zapowiada burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Obecnie w ramach miejskiego monitoringu działa w Kościerzynie 41 kamer, które monitorują ruch na ulicach, wokół szkół a także parków i w centrum miasta. W ostatnim czasie mieszkańcy złożyli 15 kolejnych propozycji, w których powinny pojawić się kamery. Kamery mają pojawić się między innymi przy szkole podstawowej nr 4 oraz na parkingu przy ulicy Szopińskiego. O środkach na ten cel będą dyskutować radni na najbliższej sesji rady miasta.
