Ma być energooszczędny i bardziej ekologiczny. W Dziemianach w powiecie kościerskim planują modernizację budynku Urzędu Gminy. Na ten cel potrzebują 1 mln 400 tysięcy złotych.
– Najważniejszym jednak zadaniem będzie zmiana źródła ciepła na pompy geotermalne, a także montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych, które zapewnią energię elektryczną na potrzeby Urzędu – zapowiada wójt Leszek Pobłocki.
Obiekt ma zostać docieplony, wymieniona ma być też stolarka okienna i drzwiowa. Inwestycja ma być w 85. procentach sfinansowana ze środków unijnych. Władze gminy już złożyły w tej sprawie wniosek do Urzędu Marszałkowskiego.
