Truskawkowe Eldorado w tym roku okazało ciężkim kawałkiem chleba. Nie dopisała pogoda i cena.
Plantatorzy truskawek załamują ręce.Sezon truskawkowy niedawno się rozpoczął a już się kończy, głównie za sprawą ubiegłotygodniowych upałów. Te sprawiły, że owoców w ciągu kilku dni było nawet 4 razy więcej niż w normalnych warunkach.
Zbiór odmian wcześniejszych, w tym najpopularniejszej na Kaszubach odmiany Hanoji – kończą już prawie wszyscy plantatorzy. Szansą na przedłużenie sezonu są odmiany późniejsze, tych jednak u nas jest niewiele. W tej chwili owocowanie rozpoczyna odmiana Florencja. Niestety cena w tym roku również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia, dodatkowo przez ostatnie kilka dni na giełdach pojawiły się duże skoki cenowe. Jeszcze przed ubiegłym weekendem koszyk truskawek kosztował kilkanaście złotych, wczoraj już o połowę mniej.
