PKP PLK podpisała umowy na projekty modernizacji linii 202
PKP PLK podpisała umowy na przygotowanie projektów modernizacji stukilometrowego odcinka z Gdyni do Lęborka i Słupska. Celem jest usprawnienie podróży i transportu towarowego. Projekty będą kosztowały w sumie 30 mln zł.
– Jednym z celów jest przerzucenie ciężaru transportu towarowego na kolej – mówi wiceminister infrastruktury Kazimierz Smoliński.
Mają objąć modernizację 47 mostów i wiaduktów, wymianę rozjazdów i urządzeń sterowania ruchem. Powstanie 18 nowych bezpiecznych przejść nad torami, a 7 przejdzie remont. Wybudowane zostaną dodatkowe tory – dodaje pomorski wojewoda Dariusz Drelich. Zyskają też pasażerowie. Powstanie 5 nowych przystanków: w Redzie, Bolszewie, Gościcinie, Łebieniu i Siemianicach. 22 stacje mają być zmodernizowane, nowe perony powstaną m.in. w Gdyni Chyloni, Rumi, Wejherowie, Lęborku. – Czas podróży skróci się o 15 min na całej linii 202 – zapewnia prezes PKP PLK Ireneusz Merchel. Prace projektowe mają potrwać do końca przyszłego roku. Według szacunków Polskich Linii Kolejowych modernizacja linii 202 z Gdyni do Słupska będzie kosztowała 2 mld złotych, ma być wykonana do 2023 roku.
