Pijany motorowerzysta zatrzymany w gminie Szemud – dzięki reakcji postronnej kierującej. Mężczyźnie grozi do 5 lat więzienia.
Mężczyzna jechał zygzakiem całą szerokością jezdni. Jadąca za nim samochodem kobieta postanowiła sprawdzić czy jest nietrzeźwy, gdy zatrzymał się pod sklepem. Gdy do niego podeszła wyczuła woń alkoholu, zabrała mu kluczyki od pojazdu i powiadomiła policję. Okazało się że motorowerzysta był kompletnie pijany – miał prawie 3 promile alkoholu w organizmie. Sprawdzenie w policyjnych systemach wykazało, że kierowca miał też orzeczony 5-letni zakaz prowadzenia wszelkich pojazdów mechanicznych obowiązujący do września 2018 roku. Grozi mu kara pozbawienia wolności do 5. lat.
