Pijąc kościerską kranówkę, na co dzień oszczędzam złotówkę – to hasło zwyciężyło w konkursie firmy Kos-Eko na promocję picia wody z kranu przez mieszkańców Kościerzyny. Uczniowie do konkursu nadesłali 76 propozycji, w których podkreślali jakość kościerskiej kranówki, a także jej wpływ na ekologię i oszczędzanie.
Kościerska woda jest czysta bakteriologicznie i zawiera spore ilości minerałów, w tym wapń, magnez i potas. Zakup półtoralitrowej wody butelkowanej jest równy cenie 150 butelek wody z kranu – mówi zwycięzca pierwszego miejsca Konrad Klawikowski ze szkoły podstawowej nr 1 w Kościerzynie.
Poidełka w kościerskich szkołach mają się pojawić od pierwszego września. Podobne inicjatywy podejmowane są między innymi w Gdańsku i Słupsku, gdzie kranówkę piją również radni na sesjach rady miasta.
