Pięć nowych autobusów wyjedzie z początkiem marca na ulice Kościerzyny
Miasto Kościerzyna po raz pierwszy w historii ma własne autobusy. Zakupiono ich pięć – w ramach budowy integracyjnego węzła i tworzenia komunikacji zbiorowej.
Niskopodłogowe ISUZU przyjechały już do Kościerzyny. Do końca lutego przejdą przeglądy i zostaną ubezpieczone.
– Mają się przyczynić do poprawy bezpieczeństwa i komfortu podróży pasażerów, których mamy 300 tysięcy rocznie – mówi burmistrz Kościerzyny Michał Majewski.
Podkreśla, że przy wyborze autobusów brano też pod uwagę ekologiczne normy. Autobusy kosztowały 4 mln zł. Będą dowozić pasażerów m.in. do integracyjnego węzła przy dworcu PKP. Na jego budowę oraz inwestycję w komunikację miejską miejski samorząd pozyskał unijne dofinansowanie.
