Pedagodzy z ZSP Kłanino poznawali nowe techniki nauczania w Anglii
Nowe techniki nauczania są niezbędne do rewitalizacji szkolnictwa zawodowego – tak pedagodzy i nauczyciele z Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Kłaninie w gminie Krokowa podsumowali wizytę szkoleniową w Anglii. W ramach projektu Erasmus Plus uczyli się tam zasad oceniania kształtującego.
– Pozwala uatrakcyjnić zajęcia i podciąga tych, którzy na lekcjach gorzej sobie radzą – tłumaczy nauczycielka z ZSP w Kłaninie i współautorka projektu Ewelina Pilc-Boyke.
To technika nauczania która koncentruje się na indywidualnej ocenie ucznia. Elementy tej techniki – m. in. wzajemną ocenę koleżeńską uczniów oraz samoocenę – nauczyciele podpatrywali na przełomie marca i kwietnia u swoich kolegów ze szkół w Portsmouth i Londynie. W sumie z programu skorzystało 12 pedagogów kłanińskiej placówki. – Modernizacja systemu nauczania jest niezbędna dla rewitalizacji szkolnictwa zawodowego – podkreśla pucki wicestarosta, Tomasz Herman. Efekty wdrażania tych nowości poznamy na przełomie maja i czerwca, po zakończeniu programu.
