Oszuści „na wnuczka” aktywni w powiecie wejherowskim
Wejherowska policja ostrzega przed oszustami – mundurowi notują coraz więcej prób wyłudzenia pieniędzy metodą „na wnuczka” i „na policjanta”. W ciągu miesiąca zgłoszono ich już 16.
– Weryfikacja tożsamości dzwoniącej osoby to najłatwiejszy sposób na zdemaskowanie oszusta – mówi rzecznik wejherowskiej policji Anetta Potrykus.
Mężczyźnie, który podawał się za funkcjonariusza nie udało się zwieść ofiary. Kobieta, do której zadzwonił, poinformowała o zdarzeniu policję. Oszuści coraz częściej używają metody “na policjanta” – i proszą o wręczenie pieniędzy do celów operacyjnych. Policja przypomina, że żaden pracownik służb mundurowych nie ma prawa pobierać depozytów. Oszustom w ciągu ostatniego miesiąca udało się nabrać jedną osobę. Starsza kobieta straciła kilka tysięcy złotych oszczędności.
