Oskarżony o molestowanie córek spędzi 3 miesiące w areszcie
Trzy miesiące w areszcie spędzi 43-latek z gminy Puck oskarżony o seksualne molestowanie swoich dwóch córek.
Pucka prokuratura wszczęła w tej sprawie śledztwo po informacji otrzymanej z jednej z puckich szkół. 16-to latka i jej starsza siostra zeznały, że ojciec wykorzystywał je od kilku lat. Biegły psycholog ocenił że ich zeznania są wiarygodne. Podejrzanemu postawiono 4 zarzuty. Najcięższy z nich to zgwałcenie małoletniej poniżej 15 roku życia, za co grozi 15 lat pozbawienia wolności. Mężczyzna został aresztowany – mówi rzecznik prasowy puckiej policji Łukasz Brzeziński.
43-latek nie przyznaje się do winy. W sprawie cały czas gromadzone są materiały dowodowe.
