Kaszubska opera „Rebeka” wraca do Filharmonii
Pierwsza opera po kaszubsku „Rebeka” wraca na deski Filharmonii Kaszubskiej w Wejherowie. Widzowie już mogą nabywać bilety.
Rebeka to opowieść o badaczu kultury, Kamilu Karskim, który zakochuje się w tytułowej Rebece. Postać głównego bohatera, wzorowanego na Oskarze Kolbergu, przeżywa miłosne perypetie, w rytm muzyki opartej na nurcie kaszubskich melodii ludowych.
Opera w dniu premiery cieszyła się tak dużym zainteresowaniem, że zabrakło biletów. Wejherowskie Centrum Kultury postanowiło więc ponownie zaprezentować ją publiczności. O tym kogo będzie można zobaczyć na scenie opowiada specjalista ds. edukacji artystycznej Sebastian Niewola.
Muzykę skomponował Michał Dobrzyński, autorem libretta jest Tomasz Fopke, a dyrygować będzie Szymon Morus. Operę będzie można obejrzeć 11 i 12 kwietnia. Bilety rezerwować i kupować można poprzez stronę internetową Wejherowskiego Centrum Kultury.
