Okoliczne gminy kłócą się z Trójmiastem o blisko miliard złotych – a raczej twardo negocjują swoje stanowisko, by nie zostać pominiętym w podziale Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych. W weekend odbyła się pierwsza Rada ZIT, gdzie zainteresowane samorządy ustalały priorytety wydawania unijnych środków. Kontrowersje budziły inwestycje dotyczące trzech głównych miast – Gdańska, Sopotu i Gdyni. Poza ich przedstawicielami w Radzie ZIT zasiadają wszystkie jednostki samorządowe powiatu gdańskiego, wejherowskiego, puckiego, oraz przedstawiciele jeszcze bardziej oddalonych od Trójmiasta samorządów. – ZIT mają dotyczyć rozwoju aglomeracji oraz jej sąsiedztwa, czyli na przykład komunikacji z Trójmiastem – mówi wójt gminy Pszczółki, Hanna Brejwo. Rada Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych ustaliła w weekend priorytety i kryteria, na podstawie których będzie przyjmować projekty do realizacji w ramach kategorii Komercjalizacja Wiedzy, Przedsiębiorstwo, Edukacja, Kształcenie Zawodowe, Zatrudnienie, Integracja, Zdrowie, Konwersja, Mobilność, Energia i Środowisko. – Musimy mądrze wydać ten miliard złotych, mimo obaw mniejszych samorządów – mówi prezydent Gdyni, Wojciech Szczurek. I rzeczywiście, po ostrej dyskusji samorządy jednogłośnie przyjęły priorytety dla inwestycji. Dziś zespół negocjacyjny ZIT spotka się z marszałkiem województwa, a jeśli ten również zaakceptuje ustalone priorytety – w kwietniu powstanie ranking inwestycji.
