Zgłaszającym może być pokrzywdzona kobieta, świadek, pracownik instytucji, organizacji pozarządowych lub inna osoba, która wskaże zasługi danego kandydata. Nabór zgłoszeń potrwa do 02 grudnia. Tydzień później wejherowski GOPS ma przedstawić laureatów „Białej Wstążki 2016”.
