Oddano do użytku lodowisko przy Zespole Szkół nr 3 w Wejherowie
Nowy obiekt wzbogacił sportową infrastrukturę Wejherowa – wczoraj oficjalnie oddano do użytku lodowisko przy Zespole Szkół nr 3.
– Po badaniach wprowadzono modyfikacje, obiekt jest całkowicie bezpieczny – zapewnia prezydent Wejherowa Krzysztof Hildebrandt.
Zadaszenie, które ma chronić taflę przed deszczem i nagrzaniem miało być gotowe już kilka miesięcy temu. Prace jednak przedłużyły się, bo w lipcu konstrukcja runęła w wyniku błędów w wykonaniu. Inwestycja kosztowała ponad 2 miliony złotych, z czego pół miliona z Ministerstwa Sportu i Turystyki. – Dzięki zadaszeniu z lodowiska będzie można korzystać dłużej, obiekt będzie także wykorzystywany poza sezonem zimowym – mówi dyrektor ZS nr 3, Danuta Czernawska. Lodowisko przy Zespole Szkół nr 3 otwarte jest codziennie do 21:00. W godzinach lekcyjnych jest dostępne wyłącznie dla uczniów wejherowskich szkół, a po 15:00 – dla każdego amatora łyżew.
