Od stycznia część zawodów w Polsce została zderegulowana
Z początkiem stycznia weszły w życie przepisy deregulujące kolejne zawody w Polsce, zmniejszające lub likwidujące formalne wymogi dla kandydatów do niektórych profesji. Łatwiej jest zostać taksówkarzem, pośrednikiem w obrocie nieruchomościami, ale także detektywem czy przewodnikiem turystycznym oprowadzającym wycieczki po Kaszubach. Po zniesieniu licencji taksówkarza przyznanie uprawnień do pracy na taryfie będzie zależeć od samorządów, a nie od państwowych egzaminów. Z początkiem miesiąca zniknęła też licencja ochroniarza pierwszego i drugiego stopnia, a także złagodzono wymogi formalne w zawodzie adwokata czy notariusza. Nowelizacja przepisów to pomysł byłego ministra sprawiedliwości Jarosława Gowina i odpowiedź na wykaz dostępności zawodów w krajach Unii Europejskiej – w 2012 roku okazało się, że w Polsce najwięcej zawodów wymaga państwowych uprawnień. Zwolennicy deregulacji wskazują na to, że brak licencji na przykład przewodnika polepszy konkurencję na rynku pracy z korzyścią dla turysty. Przeciwnego zdania jest Beata Jankowska, przewodniczka od lat oprowadzająca turystów po Kaszubach. Tak przewodnicy jak i przedstawiciele innych zderegulowanych zawodów obawiają się nieuczciwej polityki cenowej ze strony kolegów, którzy dopiero rozpoczną pracę w ich branży. Mają też wątpliwości, czy prawa wolnego rynku są w stanie zweryfikować zderegulowane profesje pod względem jakości- komentuje Beata Jankowska. Styczniowe zmiany w ramach drugiej transzy deregulacji to nie koniec zmian. W kolejnej Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości zaproponowało uproszczenie procedur dostępu do 9 zawodów finansowych oraz 82 technicznych, w tym np. budowlanych. Łatwiej będzie można dostać np. uprawnienie do kierowania robotami budowlanymi. Termin deregulacji zawodów w ramach trzeciej transzy na razie nie jest znany.
