Oceniają nowy system pracy Powiatowych Urzędów Pracy
Zamiast zmniejszyć biurokrację dodał nam papierkowej roboty – tak ponad rok nowego systemu pracy Powiatowych Urzędów Pracy ocenia dyrektor pośredniaka w Kościerzynie. Mirosław Ginter był dziś gościem naszego porannego programu.
– System działa, ale nie sprawdziło się jedno z jego założeń, którym miało być zmniejszenie biurokracji – mówi dyrektor pośredniaka w Kościerzynie Mirosław Ginter.
Od czerwca ubiegłego roku pośredniaki mają obowiązek sporządzania profilu każdej nowo rejestrującej się osoby – w zależności od jej oddalenia od rynku pracy, w tym gotowości i chęci do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Od ustalonego profilu zależy w jakiej formie będzie udzielana pomoc, aż po indywidualny plan działania. Z nowych narzędzi, jakie otrzymały urzędy do walki z bezrobociem, zdaniem dyrektora kościerskiego pośredniaka sprawdza się zwłaszcza Krajowy Fundusz Szkoleniowy, choć z przeszkolenia mogą korzystać na razie osoby powyżej 45 roku życia. Bezrobocie w powiecie kościerskim jest teraz na poziomie 10,5 procent i jest rekordowo niskie, podobnie jak w całym regionie i w Polsce. Jako przyczyny tego zjawiska dyrektor kościerskiego pośredniaka wskazuje: rosnącą liczbę miejsc pracy, niż demograficzny i zwiększającą się migrację zarobkową, zwłaszcza ludzi młodych.
