Oceń i zaproponuj zmiany w budżecie obywatelskim w Gdyni
Oceń i zaproponuj zmiany w budżecie obywatelskim – w Gdyni zachęcają do wypełnienia internetowego kwestionariusza.
Zawiera on kilkanaście pytań, dotyczących m.in. źródeł informacji o budżecie obywatelskim, zasad głosowania i jego przebiegu. Mieszkańcy Gdyni mogą też ocenić czy ich zdaniem wyniki budżetu obywatelskiego odpowiadają na potrzeby mieszkańców ich dzielnicy. Każdy może też zgłosić propozycje zmian czy rozwiązań, które jego zdaniem powinny zostać wprowadzone w przyszłości. Taka ewaluacja przeprowadzana była po każdej edycji gdyńskiego budżetu – ta jest trzecia.
To właśnie w efekcie ewaluacji budżetu 2015 zmieniona została metoda głosowania – na rankingową, którą respondenci uznali za najprzyjaźniejszą. Użyto jej w tym roku, w głosowaniu wzięło udział prawie 19 procent Gdynian – czyli ponad 44 tysięcy osób. Wybrali do realizacji 30 projektów, do podziału było ponad 4 i pół mln zł.
Elektroniczna ankieta jest dostępna na stronie internetowej gdyńskiego Budżetu Obywatelskiego. Można ją wypełniać do 13. listopada.
