Już nie 103 złote a 70 zł za metr kwadratowy – tyle będzie kosztować dzierżawa boksów na targowisku w Kartuzach. Gmina zdecydowała się na sporą obniżkę, bo jak dotąd w kilku już przetargach nie znaleziono najemców na nowoczesne boksy wybudowane za prawie 4 mln złotych.
– Problemy mogą mieć też dotychczasowi najemcy, których obniżka nie obejmie – mówi burmistrz Grzegorz Gołuński.
Gmina zrealizowała inwestycję dzięki środkom własnym i pożyczce z funduszu Jessica. Przy obniżonej stawce najmu, samorząd będzie musiał dokładać do działalności targowiska. Na targowisko ma też wrócić tradycyjny handel z samochodu i stołów, co ma przyciągnąć większą liczbę kupujących. (Fot. kartuzy.naszemiasto.pl)
