O cenie za wodę i ścieki zdecydują w Warszawie
Od nowego roku samorządy nie będą już zatwierdzały stawek opłat za wodę i ścieki. Obowiązek ten przejmie tworzone właśnie Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne „Wody Polskie”.
Nowe prawo krytykowane jest przez część samorządowców. Obecnie opłaty za dostarczanie wody i odprowadzanie ścieków w Polsce są jednymi z najwyższych w Unii Europejskiej. Zdaniem ustawodawcy, nowe przepisy mają urealnić stawki i zapobiec kolejnym podwyżkom. Jednak zdaniem części samorządowców, będzie zupełnie odwrotnie, a stawki mogą drastycznie wzrosnąć. O zdanie zapytaliśmy wójtów z Szemuda i Sierakowic. Nowe prawo ma obowiązywać od 1 stycznia przyszłego roku.
