Nowy żłobek w Chmielnie do remontu
Żłobek w Chmielnie do remontu. Placówkę zamknięto gdy oderwał się tynk z sufitu.
– Tynki były położone przy otwartym dachu, popadało, przeszła wilgoć i takie są efekty budowania w tzw. trybie wyborczym – ocenia wójt gminy Chmielno Jerzy Grzegorzewski.
Na szczęście do zdarzenia doszło, gdy dzieci nie było w pomieszczeniu – tynk spadł bowiem wprost do łóżeczka. Żłobek w Chmielnie do użytku został oddany rok temu. Budowę rozpoczęto w marcu a zakończono pod koniec lata. Do poprawek jest elewacja drewniana, zaobserwowano tez popękane ściany. Gmina nie poniesie kosztów naprawy. Budynek wart 2 mln 300 tys. zł budynek ma więcej usterek, które wykonawca zobowiązał się pokryć w ramach naprawy gwarancyjnej. Według zapewnień firmy, która przeprowadzi remont, w pomieszczeniu zamiast tynku zainstalowanie zostaną płyty gipsowe. (Fot.: nadesłane)
