Nowoczesną pracownię gastronomiczną otwarto w rumskim Hipolicie
W świat nowoczesnej gastronomii wprowadzi uczniów Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 2 w Rumi nowo otwarta pracownia. Na jej wyposażenie wejherowskie starostwo powiatowe wydało 130 tysięcy złotych.
– To dzisiaj niezbędny standard, zwłaszcza dla placówki będącej ośrodkiem egzaminacyjnym – mówi jej dyrektor Halina Filińska.
Osiem stanowisk ze stali nierdzewnej zastąpiło stare i wysłużone drewniane blaty, zainstalowano nowoczesny sprzęt – m.in kuchenki i piec konwekcyjny. To nie koniec rozbudowy popularnego „Hipolita”. Wkrótce mają tu powstać kolejne pracownie i to nie tylko gastronomiczne – zapowiada wejherowska starosta powiatowa Gabriela Lisius. 5 spedycyjnych pracowni powstanie w nowym budynku. Postanie on obok rumskiej dwójki, na działce w ostatnich tygodniach pozyskanej przez wejherowskie starostwo powiatowe od miasta Rumia.
