Nowe rondo w Rumi oficjalnie otwarte
W Rumi oficjalnie otwarto zmodernizowane skrzyżowanie ulic Gdańskiej, Pomorskiej i Częstochowskiej. To wspólny projekt miasta i starostwa powiatowego w Wejherowie, wart blisko półtora miliona złotych.
Budowa ronda im. Witolda Pileckiego została dofinansowana w 40 procent z tzw. schetynówek, przy wkładzie samorządów po 450 tys zł. Kierowcy i piesi mogą się cieszyć, bo inwestycja ma poprawić przede wszystkim bezpieczeństwo. W planach miejskiego samorządu jest pozyskanie kolejnych środków finansowych, tym razem na remont ulicy Chodkiewicza.
