Nowe miejsca do cumowa prawie stu jednostek mają powstać w Pucku w pierwszym etapie rozbudowy i przebudowy portu. Docelowo ma się on zamienić w obszerną marinę. Miejski samorząd podzielił inwestycję na dwa etapy, bo koszty są ogromne.
– To przedsięwzięcie jest dla nas ogromnym wyzwaniem – mówi burmistrz Pucka Hanna Pruchniewska.
Na pierwszy etap, w którym powstaną miejsca dla 98 jednostek, pirs, zaplecze socjalne i miejsce do remontu jachtów, potrzeba 20 mln zł. Większość tej sumy miasto chce pozyskać z unijnych funduszy. Drugi etap inwestycji staraniem samorządowców z Pucka został wpisany przez Ministra Sportu i Turystyki do „Programu inwestycji o szczególnym znaczeniu dla sportu”. Swój wkład wniesie też Urząd Morski. Póki co do puckiego portu warto się wybrać choćby w najbliższy weekend – na doroczną Belonadę. Sobota i niedziela będzie tam świętem wędkarzy, przygotowano też atrakcje na lądzie – dla kibicujących z brzegu.
