Nowe inwestycje turystyczne w Dziemianach z opóźnieniem
W Dziemianach nie zdążą z nowymi inwestycjami turystycznymi przed sezonem letnim. Nowy domek ratownika i przebudowa amfiteatru zostaną wykonane z czteromiesięcznym opóźnieniem. Miały być gotowe do czerwca.
– Inwestycja będzie, ale dopiero w październiku – mówi wójt Leszek Pobłocki.
Przeszkodziły w tym zbyt drogie oferty w przetargach na wykonawcę prac – o 30 do 40 procent wyższe niż szacunkowy koszt. Miał być to drugi etap rewitalizacji dziemiańskiej plaży. Rok temu zakupiono tam nowe pomosty za 130 tys zł. W tym roku na wakacje miały powstać nowe sanitariaty i zaplecze dla ratownika za łączną sumę 280 tys zł. Modernizacja plaży w Dziemianach ma się rozpocząć w połowie sierpnia.
