Niedługo rozpocznie się budowa obwodnicy Kościerzyny
Skończą się uciążliwe korki w Kościerzynie. Najpóźniej za 2 miesiące Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad rozpoczyna budowę długo oczekiwanej obwodnicy miasta. Wykonawca czeka jeszcze na otrzymanie zgody na realizację inwestycji drogowej.
– Na jej trasie powstaną 4 węzły komunikacyjne, drogi dojazdowe i 9 obiektów inżynieryjnych. Trwają intensywne prace przygotowawcze – mówi rzecznik GDDKiA w Gdańsku Piotr Michalski.
Nowa droga ominie miasto od południa i będzie liczyła 7,6 km. Rozpocznie się przy wjeździe do Kościerzyny od strony Chojnic i Bytowa i z powrotem połączy się z drogą krajową nr 20 przed miejscowością Kościerska Huta. Obwodnica będzie liczyła 3 pasy ruchu a pierwsi kierowcy mają nią pojechać w połowie 2017 roku.
