Nie będzie referendum w sprawie puckiego szpitala
Nie będzie referendum w sprawie połączenia szpitala puckiego z wejherowskim – zadecydowała rada powiatu puckiego na ostatniej sesji. Według samorządowców komitet referendalny nie dopełnił wszystkich formalności.
1200 podpisów pod wnioskiem nie wystarczyło do przeprowadzenia referendum. Według radnych powiatu komitet referendalny zaniedbał trzy z czterech niezbędnych warunków proceduralnych. Mowa o braku ogłoszenia w prasie o chęci przeprowadzenia referendum i przekroczeniu terminu złożenia wniosku oraz zebranych podpisów. – W tej sytuacji nie mieliśmy innej możliwości, bo referendum to instrument określony konkretnymi ramami prawnymi – tłumaczy pucki starosta, Jarosław Białk.
Odmiennego zdania są związkowcy, którzy zarzucają radnym zasłanianie się kruczkami prawnymi, by storpedować referendum. Przewodnicząca komisji zakładowej NSZZ Solidarność przy puckim szpitalu, Bogusława Wirkus zapowiada zaskarżenie uchwały podjętej przez radnych.
Decyzję puckich radnych w sprawie fuzji obydwu placówek poznamy na początku listopada.
