Nawet ponad 230 osób może stracić pracę w szpitalu specjalistycznym w Kościerzynie. To prawie jedna/czwarta załogi. Związki zawodowe otrzymały tę informację w specjalnym piśmie od zarządu placówki. Przypomnijmy, że w minioną środę wszedł w życie plan naprawczy szpitala. Lecznica – mimo trwającej od lat restrukturyzacji – zadłużona jest na ponad 50 mln złotych. Grupowe zwolnienia to element naprawy, której plan – na zlecenie Urzędu Marszałkowskiego – przygotowała zewnętrzna firma. Proponowane działania zbulwersowały pracowników. Tym bardziej, że jeszcze we wtorek była mowa o zwolnieniu 150 pracowników, a trzy dni później liczba ta urosła do 230 – mówi szef szpitalnej Solidarności Andrzej Pufelski. Grupowe zwolnienia mają być przeprowadzone do końca sierpnia. Tymczasem związki zawodowe zapowiadają działania w obronie pracowników. W tej sprawie spotykają się z władzami samorządowymi, w planach jest też duża manifestacjach na ulicach Kościerzyny.
