Jeśli okaże się, że w piecu palono np. plastikiem to właściciel ukarany zostanie mandatem w wysokości pół tysiąca złotych oraz kosztami pobrania wymazu i badań – razem to nawet 2 tysiące złotych.
Urzędnicy zaznaczają, że skontrolowane zostaną jedynie te posesje, co do których będą uzasadnione podejrzenia dotyczące spalania śmieci.
