Nawet 12 lat za posiadanie 6 kg dopalaczy
Nawet 12 lat pozbawienia wolności grozi 27-letniemu mieszkańcowi Skorzewa w gminie Kościerzyna, u którego policja znalazła prawie 6 kg dopalaczy. Mężczyzna usłyszał już zarzuty wprowadzenia do obrotu znacznych ilości środków odurzających.
– Mieli przy sobie 7 tys. złotych, prawdopodobnie przeznaczonych na zakup nielegalnych środków, mówi Renata Legawiec z Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Gdańsku.
Do zatrzymania doszło w ubiegłym tygodniu. Funkcjonariusze z Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Gdańsku zdobyli informację, że w pobliżu Kościerzyny młody mężczyzna ma przewozić w samochodzie znaczne ilości niedozwolonych środków odurzających tzw. „nowych narkotyków”. W jego samochodzie mundurowi znaleźli 5 kg dopalaczy. W trakcie przeszukania jego domu funkcjonariusze znaleźli kolejne prawie pół kilograma zakazanych substancji. Policja zatrzymała też dwóch 19- latków, którzy zamierzali kupić dopalacze. Oni także zostali zatrzymani. Po badaniach okazało się, że 5 kg to dopalacze, a pozostałe 400 gramów to narkotyki. Wartość czarnorynkowa zabezpieczonych substancji to ponad 320 tys. złotych.
