Naraził miasto na setki tysięcy złotych strat
Wielokrotne przekroczenie uprawnień i narażenie miasta na setki tysięcy złotych strat – to zarzuty jakie prokuratura postawiła byłemu kierownikowi stref płatnego parkowania w Gdyni. Mężczyźnie grozi do 10 lat więzienia.
– Dzięki temu kontrolerzy sprawdzający dane auto otrzymywali błędne informacje – wyjaśnia prokurator Grażyna Wawryniuk z Prokuratury Okręgowej w Gdańsku.
Zdaniem prokuratury Tomasz W., który od maja 2009 roku był kierownikiem biura Strefy Płatnego Parkowania nielegalnie wpisał do rejestru zwolnień z opłat parkingowych kilkadziesiąt osób. W ten sposób w ciągu 4 lat trwania procederu, od 2010 do 2014 roku miasto miało stracić ponad 527 tysięcy złotych – tyle wpłynęłoby do miejskiej kasy, gdyby osoby wciągnięte na listę opłaciły abonamenty. Nieuczciwego urzędnika zatrzymano w czerwcu ubiegłego roku. Teraz czeka na proces, który ma ruszyć jesienią.
