Napadł z bronią w ręku na ochroniarza w centrum handlowym
Trzy miesiące aresztu orzekł sąd wobec mężczyzny, który użył atrapy broni podczas kradzieży w jednym z centrów handlowych w Kościerzynie.
– W toku postępowania okazało się, że przedmiotem użytym podczas kradzieży nie była prawdziwa broń palna, a pneumatyczna wiatrówka – mówi rzecznik kościerskiej policji, Piotr Kwidziński.
W piątek około godziny 16:00, 27 letni mieszkaniec Kościerzyny został zatrzymany przez pracownika ochrony podczas próby kradzieży. Mężczyzna sterroryzował ochroniarza przedmiotem wyglądającym jak pistolet i uciekł. Zaalarmowana policja jeszcze tego samego dnia ujęła sprawcę. Za ten czyn mężczyzna może usłyszeć wyrok do 12 lat pozbawienia wolności. Wartość perfum, które usiłował ukraść wynosiła około 20 złotych.
