Najsilniejszy policjant w Polsce stypendystą Kaszubsko Pomorskiej Szkoły Wyższej
Najsilniejszy policjant w Polsce, Mateusz Ostaszewski stypendystą Kaszubsko Pomorskiej Szkoły Wyższej w Wejherowie. To pierwsze stypendium tej uczelni przyznane za pozanaukowe osiągnięcia.
– Chcemy docenić tych studentów, którzy aktywnie rozwijaj ą swoje pasje – mówi dziekan wydziału społeczno – przyrodniczego, dr Beata Dudzińska Huczuk.
System stypendialny w Kaszubsko Pomorskiej Szkole Wyższej funkcjonuje od początków jej działalności, czyli od 2003 roku, do tej pory jednak przyznawane były tylko stypendia socjalne oraz za osiągnięcia w nauce. Od bieżącego roku akademickiego na finansowe wsparcie liczyć mogą także ci, którzy sukcesy odnoszą w innych dziedzinach. Pierwszym stypendystą, który został w ten sposób doceniony jest Mateusz Ostaszewski – student 3 roku socjologii, a także strongman, karateka i najsilniejszy policjant w kraju w 2015 roku. Jak nam powiedział, wejherowska uczelnię wybrał ze względu na jej położenie i kameralną atmosferę. W bieżącym roku akademickim Kaszubsko Pomorska Szkołą Wyższa otrzymała z Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego 315 tysięcy złotych na stypendia. (Foto: Tomasz Smuga-Dziennik Bałtycki)
