Najlepsi kaszubscy kucharze będą walczyć o Złotą Łyżkę
Już jutro w Ostrzycach najlepsi kaszubscy kucharze będą walczyć o Złotą Łyżkę, podczas 8 Festiwalu Potraw Kaszubskich.
– Będzie tez niespodzianka dla widzów – zapowiada dyrektor somonińskiego GOK Marian Kowalewski.
Wystartują Koła Gospodyń Wiejskich, szkoły gastronomiczne, osoby indywidualne oraz gospodynie wiejskie. Zadaniem będzie przygotowanie kaszubskiej potrawy z składającej się z drugiego dania i deseru. Na przyrządzenie potraw uczestnicy dostaną 2,5 godziny. Jury oceniać będzie oryginalność, estetykę, sprawdzi składniki oraz prezentację potrawy. Ponadto pokazy kulinarne zafunduje Prezes Stowarzyszenia Kucharzy Polskich – Krzysztof Szulborski. Dla lepszego trawienia przygrywać będzie kapela Kazimierza. Start imprezy jutro na parkingu w Ostrzycach o godzinie 13:30.
