Nagrody dla kierowców mają pomorscy policjanci – wręczać je będą przy przejściach dla pieszych. Ten tydzień w naszym województwie minie pod znakiem akcji „Kulturalna jazda na ferie”. Przy przejściach dla pieszych, gdzie często dochodzi do wypadków lub na których ruch pieszych jest duży, kierujący mogą się spodziewać patroli. Policjanci będą obserwować czy kierowcy potrafią być uprzejmi dla pieszych i nagradzać upominkami z logo akcji „Wrzucam na luz”. – Będą też przypominać, że zasady kultury, mimo że nie spisane w żadnym kodeksie, znacząco wpływają na bezpieczeństwo wszystkich uczestników ruchu – wyjaśnia Joanna Skręt z Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Gdańsku. Dodaje, że zimą gdy szybko zapada zmrok a widoczność ograniczają opady śniegu – ważne jest by ostrożność zachowali tak kierujący jak i piesi. Działania policji „Kulturalna jazda na Ferie” rozpocznie się za kilka minut akcją w Gdańsku przy przejściu na ulicy Bulońskiej. Ma być kontynuowana we wszystkich powiatach do końca tego tygodnia.
