W Wejherowie podsumowano dziś prace przy renowacji nagrobka Stefana Ramułta. Choć nie był Kaszubą, jego wkład w rozwój kaszubszczyzny był nieoceniony.
To on pierwszy głośno w świecie naukowym udowadniał, że kaszubski jest językiem i to jeszcze w 19. wieku. Niszczejący na cmentarzu Rakowieckim w Krakowie nagrobek Ramułta odrestaurowano nakładem 14 tysięcy złotych, zebranych przez społeczny komitet zawiązany w Wejherowie. Osoby zaangażowane w ten projekt odebrały dziś podziękowania z rąk wejherowskiej starosty powiatowej i dyrekcji Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskiej.
