Noga z gazu na obwodnicy Trójmiasta – wprowadzono tam ograniczenie prędkości do 100 km/h. Jest też zmiana w organizacji ruchu na węźle Gdańsk – Lotnisko dla jadących w stronę Łodzi. Prędkość ograniczono ze 120 do 100 km/h na odcinku między Chylonią a Osową. Główną przyczyną ma być duże natężenie ruchu – dochodzące nawet do 75 tysięcy aut na dobę – przy którym kierowcy często zachowują zbyt małe odstępy między pojazdami. Zmiana organizacji ruchu na węźle Gdańsk Lotnisko dotyczy zjeżdżających z łącznicy na obwodnicę w kierunku Łodzi – nie będą musieli zmieniać pasa. Ograniczenie prędkości na obwodnicy ma charakter pilotażowy – na razie ma obowiązywać przez rozpoczynający się pomału okres zimowy.
